Almond BoxTop Sealer

The compact Almond BoxTop Sealer handles a 50# box. The filled case enters the machine vertically and the operator manually folds the two minor and one major flap. Once the box enters the staging area, the operator presses the foot pedal to dend the filled case through the glue station.

At the glue station glue is applied and the second major flap is folded down automatically, then pushed in to the horizontal compression area.

The use of this Top Sealer insures a strong, consistent and firm seal on your almond box.

The compact unit can be attached to your vibrator conveyor and filler. The footprint is 61: long by 43" wide. This unit requires an operator.

The Sealer comes priced without a glue unit and allows the customer to utilize their existing unit that can be adapted to this machine for a small additional cost. A new glue unit can also be installed.
